I honestly have no idea what week just past. I do know that I didn't do my long run…again. Maybe that's why I'm not even looking at my schedule right now typing this. I've been really tired. It's like my day off comes around and I just can't get out of bed. We've had an overnight again and an early morning meeting. I'm gonna try to get my long run in this week for sure. I'm not sure how to make my running schedule fit into my work schedule, but I'm gonna try my best. Luckily I spend a lot of time standing and going back and forth at work. This at least keeps my legs use to going long periods of time with movement.
